MISSION

We exist to provide high quality rice products while upholding fruitful relationship with our customers and suppliers. Through our motivated, professional and competent workforce, we aim to boost economy, productivity and market access for the local farmers.

VISION

To be the leading rice producer in Luzon, ensuring milling excellence through utmost customer service, quality and commitment

KASAPI Kaagapay sa Pagsasaka Inc.

The institution was established and duly registered in 2013 under the sole proprietorship of Mr. Carlito A. Fernando, KASAPI’s President and CEO, as a trader of palay, with the name, C. A. Fernando Palay Trading. Just like in any other businesses, there’s always risk when one ventures in agriculture. So the corporation was established mainly to abridge the value chain among local farmers by safekeeping them from opportunistic middle-men – giving them a more considerate and profitable deal.

To provide more comprehensive products and services to our dear farmer-clients, the institution has been incorporated and registered to Security and Exchange Commission as KASAPI-Kaagapay sa Pagsasaka, Inc., a rice milling corporation, in November of 2014. The primary purpose of the corporation is to engage in the business of trading/milling of goods such as grains and grain’s products on both wholesale and retail bases.

At present, its primary customers are clients of both KASAPI Microfinance and KASAPI Lending. Rice Consumption Loan (RCL) was launched on the first quarter of 2015 as an additional loan product given to the clients. This flagship program helped speed up business operations. To date, the average dispense of rice products is estimated to 3,000 sacks a day. As the corporation continues to expand, this number is expected to increase in the years to come.
